We started from traditional Brittany sablé biscuit-making to create a genuine, American-made, crunchy snack. All Colosyl Biscuits are sold in the CUBETM (4 individual packages of 2 biscuits each, for a total of 8 biscuits). We bake fresh batches on a cyclical schedule, and sell our biscuits while supplies last.
